  12. This was a lovely tribute. The song was beautiful. Made me tear up a bit. It's amazing how someone's body of work or presence in the media can make strangers like most of us feel some sort of connection to this woman who we've never met. On a side note, I wonder if her death will prompt a director to try and get in an autobiography. I'm not sure who could fill her shoes for that. On looks alone, Megan Fox, Jennifer Connely...

  14. Read her biography in high school and couldn't stop thinking of her violet eyes ever since. If or when a film of her life is made, I wonder who will play her. Will somebody in our planet who looks like her step forward? Or has God created her yet?

  16. A light has gone out in the film world with the death of Dame Elizabeth Taylor. A one off and I loved her to bits:)

  17. @Hazel = I don't know who they can pick out of the masses to play such a wonderful lady. But I'd watch that movie.

@Beverly = I'm actually planning on having a marathon of all her movies some time.

@Marie = I loved that she maintained her sense of humor until the very end when she said she wanted to be fifteen minutes late for her own funeral.

  18. She was an icon indeed. I am sorry for her loss, but not too much, because i know she lived a full life, full of experiences.
